PhotoCDBrowser is the best way to show photos to your friends, as it always shows them on full screen. PhotoCDBrowser includes the possibility to write comments on the photos, create slides, turn them, zoom in and out. It allows the following graphic formats: TIFF, JPEG, TGA, EPS and PCX.
It also includes background music. It can process new macros and tags in the ApplicationName parameter, zoom in and out of a photo and even rotate them. PhotoCDBrowser is in multiple languages, and as if that wasn't enough, it is also free.
